Transforming Ludys Sánchez’s Home and Health

A few days ago, Ludys Sánchez, from El Talnetal community, who is a widow and a mother of two children, contacted me and asked if we can provide her daughter with some vitamins since she is suffering from malnutrition. I subsequently contacted our mission coordinator, Alvaro Morales, who got in touch with her and arranged a free pediatric consultation and necessary medications. He also gave her a food hamper and vitamins. She also requested whether we can replace the rusty metal roof sheeting of her house. Every time it rains her home is full of puddles and mud. Alvaro went on site and evaluated the situation. It seems that she needs 16 metal sheets at €20 per sheet as well as a wooden beam as a support. For just €450 one can make such a difference to this family’s life.
